Implemented Mass Cancel Transports

In the command overview there is an option to mass cancel commands. I think it would be nice if there was a similar option on the transport overview.

This idea is similar to the one I have posted...I want the ability to cancel transports from the receiving village...

I think both mass cancel and cancel from receiving village are very good ideas.
