So let me get this right, you're posting reports here(reports that no one wants to see) to entertain yourself? Are you really that sad, why don't you open up your own thread. Name it "Mark the Gay" shit sorry i meant "Gr8" lol
You know your life is shit when you need tribal wars to boost your confidence.
Actually, if the reports themselves were the only thing that entertained me, I wouldn't need to post them. Hypocrisy, such as yours, entertains me as well
.
And while I'm not the most confident person in the world IRL, I don't think Tribal Wars has anything to do with it, neither enhancing or decreasing my level of confidence.
Dr. Andy Przybylski from the University of Essex led a study on the reasons why video games are so appealing. He explains that “A game can be more fun when you get the chance to act and be like your ideal self”. So if I seem overly confident to you, perhaps it's because I wished I was more confident IRL and because of that take on this role here.
If your ideal self is a flaming hypocrite... well, perhaps I should've read more in the study, because I'm sure that the sentence above doesn't apply to you in this specific situation. Now
that would be sad.
EDIT: Also, it's possible that video games can actually improve confidence. While not scientifically studied, the desire to act immediately to tackle an obstacle and motivated by belief in reasonable hope of success, gamers might subconsciously transfer this to real life. Game designer Jane McGonigal calls it 'urgent optimism'. Finding a way to kill that one tough enemy, moving from level to level, can flip your mindset to a state of creative confidence; finding ways to overcome the problems and finding a solution.
I thought what he is doing is a little silly, however as he was 'fighting on his own' i'm sure some people were cheering him on.

To the people that dont know what this image is about, it is Mark getting support from his old tribe to stack against my attacks. Unfortunately for him, this time the support came too late...
Shame on you for lying mark, shame on you.
Besides never saying I was all alone in defending, I was for the most times. When I was running low on troops, however, lady coco offered to send some support.
And imo, the people cheering for me has less to do with me, and more about "an enemy of my enemy is my friend". In other words, people don't love me, they just hate BFF. At least that's my theory. And if that holds true, the important part is not how long I can hold my villages, but how much you lose in the process.
Shame on you for needing 3 much larger players with a southern distraction to take me out
.
I got him to shut up didn't I :x no post from him in awhile (mm)
Actually, you didn't get me to shut up. I was hanging out with a friend all last night and today. Most of the time I could access TW if I wanted to, but considering the situation, that's not where my values were. As I've said before, I know I'm beaten. So I prioritized watching football, playing playstation and drinking beer with a good friend over logging on TW to see another village getting nobled (although it was more like 3 I think).

And here is an older report, the reason I'm posting it, is because it's the most popular one I've posted here.
With 35 unique visitors, I present you the most watched battle between Mark The Gr8 and BFF.
