Supposing with a 1% fake rule your points are above 2,400,000

Anyway, about the 10 tech levels, I thought we were asking for 10 techs max per vill, but oh well, this works too.

My favourite setting has to be the 1.5 troop speed modifier :)

If this is the fake rule I think you're talking about, It's 1% of the village, not overall points.

otherwise, yes, you would get a paradox after 2.4 mil

I don't know what you mean with fake rule...

It wasn't implimented on any world I played :D

Is it coming on W26? :icon_eek:

Aye, the fake rule is one of the most annoying rules. Made it difficult to mass-attack for me on World 6.

Well you have to send a certain amount of troops in an attack, and it varies. So it made faking people difficult and irritating, and you lost more troops than you would without the setting - which is also bad.

You had to send a minimum of 1% of the points of your village in population in each attack.

so, for a built of village of say 9k, fakes all have to have 90 pop worth of troops in them, which got a bit costly after a while...

As I said, iv played with those rules in W6 and it practically makes sending decent fakes and mass scouting near impossible.

EDIT - In fact in W6 I resorted to just using nobles as fakes, worked extremely well actually :icon_twisted:

Well, that's it. I'm coming back for this world. Really like the sound of this. Plus, the customisation would be awesome.

Would definitely be nice to get a confirmation from the Admin that this will definitely be the same as .de regarding no maximum amount of levels, just a question of investment.

Also, a bit of information for you guys, regarding fully upgraded units:

Spears
Old system: 10 Off/15 G.Def/45 C.Def
New System: 15 off/22 G.Def/60 C.Def

That's a 50% increase in effectiveness! That carries on for all of the unit types as well.

Oh, and the starting statistics are the same as the level 3 units on a 3 tier world. So, fully upgrading everything you're using means you've got an increase of 50%

Wow, is that new in this world? Or has that been implimented in other worlds too? :D

It's been implemented in some German worlds, but has never been around on a permanent* world on the .net servers.


*It may have popped up in a speed round, but I don't think so

Yep. The tech system is that much more complicated, but it makes for a much more versatile world.

Yeah, but since everyone else gets a 50% increase in effectiveness as well, it doesn't really make a lot of difference...

ah but it does: a lot of people forget to upgrade techs, and also people who specialise will be able to reach max on certain troops before others, meaning that they will have an early advantage.

Also, it indirectly tells you that anyone who doesn't upgrade their tech levels will be 50% weaker.
