He's basically saying TLA and DSL/Shadow live on in NN. It's the players that make the tribe, etc etc.

I think its real rude to say that:
Only part of both tribes left/abandonded their former tribe and now you dare to say the tribes live on in NN? Some might say NN caused those tribes to end the way they did.
If that is the case there are a lot of tribes living on in your account. you my sir seem to be afraid of taking a fight against a bigger tribe... let me see, you were DARKTM, VO, SHADOW, GRIND and now NN... and always changing sides on critical moments...
So its rude to say it, but most of all to hear you say it. Slayer or Simon have more right to do so if they hadnot dissapointed Sam the way they did (read that farewell post again).

Its truly a disappointment that you can't grasp that the national socialist workers party is still alive. I do not with to drag up such things as the national socialist workers party on the world forums but sorry to disappoint you but its still alive and well in many countries including the USA, UK, Russia, Serbia, and so on.
Its rather a simple concept to grasp sober. Don't attempt to complicate things. TLA still lives because TLA was a group of players. The banner may have changed but the TLA core the true TLA'ers are still alive and well and living on in memory of their beloved tribe.
Sam was bound for disappointment when he elected to go on his own route against all the barons ideas. I was always Sams biggest supporter until the idea of the NSA merge came up. I hated the idea and it cost TLA. Was Sam disappointed obviously so but in the end he brought it on himself. I don't wish to drag his name around as I would rather remember his many many great moves then harp on the single mistake he made.
You were never part of TLA so you have no right to belittle any player who belonged to or is still TLA.

I digress though, it is neither relevant to this discussion nor this game in anyway.
So you claim that those that actually split the real TLA are those that still carry its banner? I find that hilarious in so many different ways. You can lay the blame wherever you want but you can't deny you and those that ally themselves with you were the ones that for all intensive purposes were the true destroyers of TLA. This new "TLA", or even those former TLA now in NN, are mere shadows of what was once the most powerful tribe in this world. Now given, NN has that title at the current time but it is none the less not TLA. Just as this new "TLA" is not TLA. It is at best a disgrace to what that tribe once was.

I can easily argue who destroyed TLA. And its not even a hard arguement. Its those who didn't wish to be part of TLA. They joined TLA to simply save themselves and then attempted to turn TLA into a completely different tribe.
And sorry to disappoint you silent but oddly enough we are not shadows of anything. We are still alive and thriving just fine. And TLA will never cease to exist until the day you noble us from this world. Just like many of you claimed you were still NSA or TDP or w/e while in TLA the same can easily be applied to the current players in NN. So if you wish to make an argument please do not forget what your team mates said on the forums while they were in TLA.

This, I have issues with... I knew someone would drag up my past at some point. But allow me to clear a few things up, due to the fact I've never actually spoken to you, so you have no idea why I left any of my former tribes etc. I really dislike it when people just judge without actually knowing the details. >.>
DarkTM - I got kicked, due to false accusations of spying. I didn't really have a choice.
V.O. - disbanded.
Shadow - I left there to join Grind! for geographical reasons, and geographical reasons only. Both Kim/Kat and Docke were aware of that. I wasn't allowed to noble in my home K, and the 2 tribes were close allies, so talked to the leaders and they said it'd be fine.
Grind! - As stated above, I only joined Grind! for geographical reasons, then the 2 tribes ended up warring. I stayed on Grind!'s side for a while because I just figured I had no other choice, plus I made a few friends. However, after a while I decided there was no point in me being there, due to the fact I wouldn't attack half of Shadow (and vice versa), which was the same time that I heard about NN, so joined just after it was formed.
As for 'being afraid of taking a fight against a bigger tribe...', I've been on the frontlines of pretty much every war since the start of the world... I wasn't getting hit properly by Shadow, and knew for a fact I'd be mass targetted by going to NN, so how is that being afraid of fighting? I had well over 400 nukes hit me in the first week of joining NN, which I was expecting. So was hardly 'afraid'. :icon_rolleyes: Annnnd, before you say 'Grind! aren't a bigger tribe', I pretty much fought on my own for the first 2-3 weeks.
But by all means, judge away, and think whatever you like. :3
PS: Sorry for the rant, that probably doesn't even make sense. Am knackered. :L
PSS: There's the fact Sean made me join NN too, he threatened meh and everything. :'(

This thread is however about the new "TLA" that has formed and not the far superior one of the past. As I said before and will say again, it is yet to be seen what the true intention of this one is and will be. Maybe they will want some new allies to attack NN
We didn't have to push any knife. Its amusing that a player like yourself who stands behind the same group leading DBD that tore TLA apart even has the gall to call out anyone on a honor based accusation. Your leaders are the ones who didn't keep the TLA council room secret as it was meant to be. It was your group who claim to be soooo honor bound that violated every trust Sam gave them. And we the TLA'ers acted in the best interest of the true TLA you call us backstabbers ect.
In all honesty say this and say that. But in the end if Sam had the whole story he would have a different out look on his leaving thread. But in the end thats my word against yours on that idea. But I know Sam very well and KNOW for fact.
