Well, Given that indeed The R.L. "Mummy" did indeed fall somewhat off the Wagon as predicted By Nostradamus Scooby Blueus ... and with some of R.L. reformed...some joined 1ns4n3 and some gone to Legion...
The Diplomatic/ Geographic and er... Halloween "Monster" Map
... now looks very different -
So i'd suggest its a good time to re-evaulate this Top tribes discussion - and see how the redrawing of the W37 map due to recent events will play out - and How other tribes react to the new events etc...

1 1ns4n3 Back to No1, have used cool heads and Astute Strategy to take in the better active R.L. players after the tribe ended in it's previous form - Now have a very decent player core (as always) but with some new fresh powerful and war-experienced Players from ex R.L. - and importantly - an awful lot of Eastern and South Eastern Expansion routes. Allied with ~SA~ the South Western powehouse tribe.
2 ASCEND A powerhouse Tribe with many Experienced and very good players - it will be interesting indeed to see how they and other eastern /South eastern/Southern tribes react to events in the Northern hempisphere...
3 ~SA~ Allied with 1ns4n3 - some great players like ijsbeer - another powerhouse tribe - like Ascend above - the shake-up of the w37 Map will bring interesting times, espcially as to how Ascend respond to it.
4 ~Z0mB~ Great name for Halloween
5 ~HA~ Not Silent Assasins...just a bit hidden
6 R.L. Reformed from the end of the previous Tribe - interesting times ahead - be great to hear from them ref their perspective on things currently...
7 LEGION Interesting times ahead for Legion too - what with their sudden growth into ex R.L areas via RL players joining them - where will they stand with 1ns4n3 and Ascend and others Such as TNTD?
8 ARISEN With Scooby Dooby Doo on the Team, Velma and Daphne, not to mention Shaggy and Fred, the team are experienced at confounding any Spooks, are great at wild careering chases down mine-shafts, and with Shaggy we have an International pin-up ... just awaiting maybe a shave, a work-out, re-styling and perhaps some acne cream Some Good players and pretty tight tribe with potential and a very loyal team to Duchess "Maximus" Meridius.
9 O.C. Loveably Lazy, with the Great Father Mas snoozing at the Helm, and have got Flinty - those two alone are worth 10 players if they ever wake up (oh and Bronzl too)
10 TNTD The spectres of the North on the Hallowen pictoral (er..a different version to the one posted admittedly) ... a much bigger and more threatening border with Legion now... given during the last week there have been scuffles with ex RL players up in t'north on their borders - be interesting to see what Harlequin and team do ref Legion...

Cheer up guys, jeez, just commenting about how since w12 has ended, a mass # of worlds have started to come close to an end faster through merges/heavy recruitment.
Not that I wouldn't like to end a world myself mind you, but with the rate that things have been going throughout the worlds, its getting ridiculous.
