Thats the case because we're dealing with the problem (scroll back a page or two on the conquer stats and you'll see the "problem"), and not involving ourselves with external conflicts that don't have much to do with us.

Saying that a tribe will -always- hold dominance is a damn curse. Unless it's two weeks before a world closes, every time I've seen someone say on the externals that they will always hold dominance, they get snuffed out. Cover your bases or the curses will get you! :icon_eek:
