It's a scare tactic used by players on other players, most of the time it's just noobs trying to get rid of the competition

I haven't got a restart message but I have had a invite from 'germanman'
Why would I want to join a tribe ruled by someone who most famously lost 2 world wars?
I mean no offense, but still.

The first war has been declared me vs my neighbour, he refused to restart so in three days i'll attack him, or the other neighbour i haven;t decided :)
