Do you people not look at the world geography before asking these questions? There are certain players who it is just not feasible to attack. Ayuss is one of these. The 1984 crew spoke to ODA before this recruitment, and it was agreed on.
Like Barbarian Nobler asking us to chase players 10 days away by noble, just pointless at this time.
Going after players out of reach is like us declaring on Hermit. Nothing would happen, and it not happen very slowly.
Before posting you should really do research into what it would actually take to perform these tasks.
It's easy to shout "Chase this refugee", but it's not easy to chase when the refugee is in the Brazil area of W50 and we are in the UK area.
