Idano has 2 barbs and a few conquers that appears to be free vills.

Broxi has a barb and nobled a guy that had less than a 12k ODD spike -- seems free to me. Dunno what name you're playing on, but I bet you have a free villages some where along the line.

The fight for Rank 1 on W65 between the top 10 seems to be one big merge/internal race to the top :icon_confused:

Counting internals isn't right .
actually you should go ahead and check how many percents of their points they did internal at each stage .
internaling 5 villages(50k) in the beginning and now aren't the same .
that 5 villages in the beginning might have boosted you by 100 % and now it may just be 10% for someone .

They weren't 10k each, they were more like 4-6k a village. so lets say it was a 50% boost and not a 10x10% boost :icon_wink:

None of the Adam vills were internals, Az was going to noble out PMSII, working with CHEWY (current tribemates) after disagreements in PMS

They look like it, but actually Ryan's right - they're not internals. That was way back in the PMS days, when I started getting so annoyed with the 'academy' tribe recruiting that I just started attacking one of them to make a point.

Almost got me kicked, but not quite. I'm good at arguing my point

Meh, I wasn't really here to say anything negative about anyone -- simply saying that 90% of the top 100 got a free village at some point ("internal" or not). There's really no reason to discredit someone's achievement by saying "that you shouldn't have any!". Don't get me wrong, I think it's a bit of a joke that Beastz and others have 50%+ of their conquers being internals, but I'm not knocking anyone for it.

If you have a check of his Nobling history you'll see that he had doubled in size in 4 days, nobling the villages of a friend of his that I had been attacking previously. So he'd bloated by capping villages, and then had them taken back off him again. Cheap villages no doubt, but not internals.

But yes, I agree with the main thrust of your point - a few internals here and there are to be expected, it's how players participate in war thats the main indication of whether they're worth having at your back or not.

I'm 0xABAD1DEA and no I haven't had any free vills. I detest gifted vills. I keep ALL reports if you want proof and before you mention the two barbs i took, both were players that hit delete AFTER my trains were sent. I can't comment on Broxi's, he'll comment himself.

Trip nobled a village before I got there so that explains him. Waravatar was a waste and I cleared and nobled some of his village. Far from free.

You were top 3 because of your prior internals, but it's all good. I'd be bored with nobling that many at once, but can't say I'd turn them down... Just personally wouldn't go out of my way to get it.

Definitely, especially since how it turned out for me early game. I nobled my first vills with 2 nobles ~hour away. It took 5 nobles to take the vill and on the 5th attempt he got stacked by his tribe. I cleared the stack, but still took out my nuke -- so merging with that first player allowed me to continue growing even though I lost my nuke. It wasn't planned, but worked out well.
