Rainbowkitty is the account I'm expecting great things from.

The two people on it are completely unknown to the broader TW community, and yet they have everything a player needs - extensive knowledge of the game's ins and outs, dedication and passion - I expect only great things to come from them.

As I consider these players as known due to many acheivements

Karmalot (#1 in 2 different worlds)
Foggy brain (top 20 ODA in 3 different worlds)
King Riddle top 3 in another world

I believe it is hard to set a line between who is underestimated... Many players are highly estimated by many players and unknown by others depending which world they play or not...
