In my experience, special titles are usually from publicizing Morthy's cross-dressing escapades and similar misbehaving. That's what Kriss and I did. Jeremy didn't really yell after that, but he did whine until he got his own title too.
Vaguely on-topic: Jeremy, you need to teach me someday how to make those maps.
