I think you should disband it.Good tribes have over 10000 points after two weeks. I dont think your tribe has many troops either. Join another tribe like LAST or another good tribe that you feel has confident and strong players. After that, upgrade your timber, iron, and clay mines and keep making troops. Dont rush your academy too much, but at the same time, keep upgrading your buildings. Dont start wars with tribes, and dont take too many chances with attacking, scout them first. Keep farming other villages, as that is the best way to get resources fast.

Just restart your entire tribe elsewhere. It makes more sense, right? Then you will not have to worry about me or my tribemates. Otherwise, I am sure my members will start to join in on attacking your entire tribe within this K.

I have spoken to the Council and they are willing to share advice with your tribe if you re-locate to the South West.

I really think it is your best option.
